I can’t say enough about how incredible this wedding was. Of course it was cold, a little wet and slushy, but it was late December, so we couldn’t expect sunshine and rainbows…BUT it was such an amazing wedding that I spent most of the day laughing and tearing up!
I had shot Leigh’s senior pictures a LONG time ago, and had also captured her sisters wedding a few years ago and just captured their new little one. So I feel very privileged to have been a part of so many of this families special moments. I adore them all greatly, and hope that my girls grow up some day to be as amazing as they are.
There is just so much to say about this wedding that I couldn’t possibly fit it all in here. Both the girls and guys were a hilarious and fun bunch and were so great to work with. The rain stopped just in time for our love shots and group photos, I felt extremely blessed to have had an amazing sunset to work with. The speeches were heartfelt and had me in tears. And then if I hadn’t cried enough already, I simply lost it when Jack danced to America the Beautiful with his mom (the Ray Charles version).
I can’t say enough just how blessed I feel to have been here for such a special day. I can’t say enough about the beautiful Beauport…what a stunning resort with incredible food and staff. We highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a venue.
Jack and Leigh, we wish you the most amazing future…your love story is just an incredible tale of perseverance and adoration. It has been such a pleasure working with you!
