What is a Fresh 48 Session?

Not quite ready for full birth photography coverage? A Fresh 48 session might be perfect for you. These sessions take place within the first 24–48 hours after birth, right at the hospital or birthing center. I capture the precious first snuggles, tiny fingers and toes, and the overwhelming love between you and your baby—all in a relaxed, documentary style.

Fresh 48 sessions are perfect for families who want professional, heartfelt images without the intensity of capturing the full labor and delivery.

Booking Your Birth or Fresh 48 Session

Birth photography is unlike any other genre—it requires trust, flexibility, and preparation. I only take a limited number of births per month to ensure I’m available when your big moment arrives. If you’re interested in booking, I recommend reaching out early in your second trimester to reserve your due date.
